Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

In case of product defects or content discrepancies, we guarantee a replacement within 21 days from the delivery date. Please report any issues within the same 21-day period after receiving your order. To initiate a return process, kindly email us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back. Packages without a valid RMA number will be declined. Ensure the product, along with its original packaging and accessories, is returned in its original, resalable condition, properly packaged.

In the event of returned items, we bear no liability for lost or damaged goods during transit. Refunds will not cover the monetary value of the merchandise. If you encounter issues with a product, such as malfunctions or defects, our team will endeavor to provide you with technical assistance through our help-desk Customer Support. In numerous situations, we can troubleshoot and resolve these concerns remotely.

1. Our 25-day return policy applies to eligible purchases.
2. Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email or call regarding approval or rejection.
4. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
5. For service cancellations, shipping charges and the first-month subscription fee will be deducted, while the rest will be refunded.
6. In case of damage or missing packaging/accessories, a restocking fee may be charged.

3. The responsibility of covering the shipping expenses for the replacement product lies with the customer.

4. For items worth over €75, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee the receipt of returned items.

6. After full payment and fulfillment by our agents, we’ll update your order status and provide a tracking number on our website.
7. Please allow 3-5 working days for shipping and handling before tracking your package.

  • Canadian Orders: Shipping is facilitated by Canada Post at a flat rate of 25 CAD, and the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • American Orders: Customers can choose between DHL or USPS for shipping, with a flat rate of 25 USD, and an expected delivery time of 4-6 business days.
